Great food! The chicken fingers, BBQ pork, hamburgers, and French fries are great. I get their BBQ sauce and use it for everything. Probably my favorite BBQ sauce I've ever had. My wife loves the strawberry shortcake and their milkshakes are awesome. Definitely recommend trying this place if you are in the area.

A great slice of Americana - this reminds me of a mid 50's era diner - the food is burgers, fries, and a delicious milkshake that is so good the New Madrid fault starts shaking when you indulge in this perfectly created milkshake. My favorite is the pizza burger... I've been going to this place forever and highly recommend it for all Memphians on their way to Heber Springs

Bulldogs was recommended for the strawberry shortcake and burgers. Tried both wasn't overly impressed. Burger was ok. Had 1/2Lb burger with everything plus bacon. Onion rings pretty good, fries were double fried, didn't really care for them. Strawberry shortcake was pretty good but was mostly vanilla ice cream with wafer like shortbread pieces and was short on fresh strawberries. Interior was 70s, no real theme/character. Nice place to stop and try, might be back or not.

I love this place. I had the BBQ chicken with onion rings. They were both delicious and some of the best I have ever had. I will be back...and often!

For breakfast,at least, where they have ONE menu item, this is nothing to crow about. It's a Sonic-like egg sandwich served up with pissy customer service. I will try it again for lunch.

What a great find! This place was a recommendation and am I glad I listened. It's right off the highway. It's sort of like a Dairy Queen but better. You walk ins and order at the counter, they give you a number and a waitress brings you food to your table. I had a 1/2 pound burger which is a double. It came exactly the way I asked for and was very good. I also had a bowl of their chili. The chili was VERY meaty, o beans and rather mild. No danger of heartburn, no beans either. I thought it was pretty good but could have used a little more kick in my opinion. I also had fries, onion rings and tator tots. The fries were especially good as they had a light batter coating. My companion had the BBQ chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken was chopped. It looked pretty good although she said it could have used more sauce. Companion ordered a dipped cone and she seemed to think it was very good. If I find myself in Bald Knob, I'm going back. The place was spotless. They also had an extensive dessert menu. You'll like it!

Great food (get the pulled pork plate) and get the Strawberry Shortcake. You will not be disappointed.

This is one of my go to joints when I'm back home. It's a solid BBQ place, but no Ribs which sucks. The catfish can be hit or miss, so take your chances. I say stick to the BBQ sandwiches and you'll be alright. Careful on going Sundays, when the church crowd gets there it is packed and you'll be waiting for a while.

Bald Knob. What a name. Worth stopping here just to be able to tell people we ate in Bald Knob, Arkansas. Pulled pork was good but the highlight was the strawberry shortcake dessert. Save room for that for sure.

Great place for a burger or sub on your way from Memphis to Heber Springs and Greers Ferry Lake. They make many different kinds of milk shakes, too.

Clean. Good food. Inexpensive. Catfish on Sunday is great. Daily lunch specials. Order at counter, food delivered to table. In season, specialty is strawberry shortcake.

our lunch and those we observed around seemed to have been prepared elsewhere (frozen?). So, will probably not stop again.
